Does it have any incidence in life that really can’t be minimized? Also yes. Both these pains are different. One is correlated with effective training. The other is not.   1. Myth: The more you sweat, the more you burn

 Bucketfuls of sweat are neither an excellent nor a climactic burning of fat. They’re your personal air-conditioning, making you feel cool. Instead, develop your intensity and duration – not your drenchability. 

  1. Myth: Weights make you bulky

 Heavyweight myth No 158: picking up weights makes you the Hulk. Fact: like Cupid’s arrow, they help plunge you into love with your hot little body. 

  1. Myth: Carbs are the enemy

The carbs were the guilty parties. But they’re our fuel. Simply learn to balance complex carbs (such as oats) with your diet, and watch them power your fire.

  1. Myth: Exercise is enough
