I am Coach Joey, and for over seven years, I have been the catalyst for transformation in the lives of countless career-driven professionals and business owners. Honored repeatedly as the best personal trainer in Davie, Cooper City, and Southwest Ranches, my expertise has left a lasting impact on our community.
My endeavor, Warrior Fitness Camp, located in Davie, Florida, stood as a testament to excellence, securing the title of best gym for five consecutive years. Yet, my ambition stretched beyond the confines of a local gym. I aspired to extend my reach, to empower more entrepreneurs and professionals to attain their peak physical potential, something that my physical presence limited to a mere six-mile radius could not fulfill.
In pursuit of this expanded mission, I founded The Fit Lab, an online nexus where the fusion of science, fitness, and nutrition empowers individuals worldwide. I recognized a flaw in conventional fitness approaches—the absence of preliminary testing akin to taking shots in the dark. To rectify that, I aligned with premier global entities in fitness, nutrition, and wellness testing, setting the stage for unparalleled outcomes for my clients.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Spartan SGX Coach, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, USA Powerlifting Club Coach , Girls Gone Strong L1 Women’s Coaching Specialist, among many other certifications, I bring a diverse and robust skill set to the table.
But my journey was not without its struggles. Once plagued by poor physical shape and ensnared in a yo-yo dieting cycle, I knew the anguish of being uncomfortable in one’s skin. My past as an athlete contrasted sharply with my then-present, and it propelled me into a profound transformation—one that reshaped my mind, body, and spirit, the very principles I now impart to others.
Driven by a fierce passion, I veered away from a successful entrepreneurial path to dedicate my existence to guiding others towards a life brimming with purpose, energy, and joy. This path has proved to be the most extraordinary of my life, and I am both humbled and grateful to accompany you on your transformative journey.
I’m a believer of being the change you want to see in the world.
I’ve always been very active and athletic. I played football and ran track all throughout school. After hurting my back lifting weight in college and surgery for a torn rotator cuff I sought help from doctors and specialists who didn’t do much to help me recover.
I felt like they weren’t listening to me and they didn’t treat me the way I’d expect them to treat someone who came to them in pain.
That’s when I saw the huge difference a great physical therapist could make. I watched PTs take people like me who were scared, anxious, and hurt then help them grow stronger.
They became more independent, healthy, and confident in their body’s ability to heal and support themselves.
That’s when I discovered my life’s purpose.
To help others become their best selves the same way my physical therapists once helped me.
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and taught physiology, structural kinesiology, and biomechanical movement analysis at Keiser University.
I’ve spent the last ten years working hands on with my patients and helping them feel and perform at their best.
In a world that is fast paced and constantly changing I understand that everyone wants and needs the ability to keep up.
Through my comprehensive one on one therapy methods, I’ll enable you to see beyond your limitations and improve your physical ability.
Together we’ll make sure you have the knowledge and bodily awareness to reduce your pain, improve your strength, and increase your range of motion.
And when we’re done, you’ll be on the path to your desired level of optimal physical health!

Director of Curriculum and Wellness Rachel Stuck loves to dive into the latest gut microbiome and metabolite research. Rachel’s close work with the Ixcela science team has allowed her to gain a deep understanding of the metabolites, and she has played a major role in the development of the Ixcela report, results, recommendations, resource libraries, and training materials. She also created Ixcela’s first metabolite training course.
Rachel supports the Ixcela pro partners through the creation, development, and implementation of training programs and resources. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the science behind Ixcela allow her to translate complex information into simpler terms for Ixcela customers and pro partners as they learn about the metabolites. Rachel continuously ensures that customers and pro partners feel informed and motivated as they commit to significant lifestyle changes.
Rachel began her career as a chef at a nonprofit children’s organization, where she served over one hundred people daily and educated them about the importance of nutrition and wellness. Because of her intense interest in science and our ever-expanding knowledge of nutrition, Rachel left her food-focused path to pursue research and nutrition counseling. Her background in nutrition and cuisine helped her to spearhead the creation of the Ixcela recipe library, and she continues to aid the development of new gut-healthy recipes.
In her free time, Rachel can be found soaking up her new role of mom. She enjoys outdoor activities and exercise, and is learning to embrace her latest running accessory: a jogging stroller. Rachel aims to live her life in a way that makes a positive impact on the planet, her community, and everyone she meets.
